Give Us a Call: We Can Help
Since 1993, Mike has dedicated his career to helping people overcome challenges through the power of technology. With deep roots in vocational rehabilitation and a passion for solving real-world problems, he’s spent over 30 years developing creative, tech-driven solutions that empower individuals to thrive—whether in the workplace or the classroom.
Mike’s specialty is rehabilitation technology, where he focuses on breaking down barriers caused by cognitive, physical, or mental health challenges. He’s always looking ahead, exploring how adaptive software and emerging tools like artificial intelligence can open new doors for those who need them most.
At the core of Mike’s work is a simple belief: technology should be a bridge, not a barrier. That mindset drives everything we do here. If you’re looking for a partner who combines deep experience with a forward-thinking approach, Mike and the team are ready to help.
I have been working in the vocational rehabilitation field for several years, primarily in an administrative role. I collaborate with the state of Ohio to manage options for billing, payroll, and overall administrative functions. Additionally, I work as a Human Resource Specialist, assisting employees in various capacities as needed.
I have 40 years of experience working with clients with disabilities. I always strive to highlight the positives in my clients while being mindful of their barriers to employment, helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves. I believe that incorporating laughter into my interactions with clients demonstrates my passion and empathy, and it helps empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
Building trustworthy relationships with clients, their parents, their support teams, and employers is vital to our roles in this field.
