Brehon Technology staff is a collaboration of individuals who have been in the field of Rehabilitation for over 30 plus years. The things that Brehon management and their employees all have in common are the fact that we have the same core values and truly believe in the individuals they serve. Management leads by example, instilling such things as Honesty, Empathy, and Integrity and the importance of the client coming first. We Provide service that focus on People Person First, Freedom of Discovery, Self-Awareness & Self-Determination along with having the highest regard to serving diversity and inclusion. We have a Collective Responsibility approach, meaning that we strive to the success of the whole person served, employers, referral sources and all other community partners involved.  

Brehon Technology and Vocational Support as a whole believe that people with limitations to employment have the right to live a life of independence within their community. We aspire to obtain employment based on an individual’s interests, skills and abilities. We believe that ALL individuals have the right to feel as if they are an asset to their community. We at Brehon Technology and Vocational Support feel it is extremely important that all individuals are treated with dignity, and should feel as if they are of value to the community.  

We at Brehon Technology & Vocational Support are individuals ourselves who have the desire to listen, hear, respect and support all individuals we serve.  

With this being said, Brehon Technology & Vocational Support staff will always look at the whole person. We assess the person needs, values and preferences. Assess the family dynamics, support system, living situation, functional and cognition while taking in to consideration any potential mental health issues. We also to take in to count a persons served Financial Position as well as any potential legal issues and responsibilities.
